I’m passionate about supporting people to get the very best out of their lives.

I’m a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and I have many years’ experience of helping people to boost their relationships, manage conflict and develop effective negotiation skills. I also train people in developing their confidence and improving their communication skills.

I work with people from around the Globe and in many different relationship situations I am trained in coaching with knowledge of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, and I'm sensitive to differences in beliefs and cultural approaches. A number of my clients are neurodiverse and I have personal and professional knowledge of supporting people with ADHD and ASD.

I’ve made plenty of mistakes in relationships and learnt a great deal in the process about the need for empathy, honesty and hard-work.

These days I’m fortunate to have a loving and supportive partner and we both understand the need to put plenty of kindness, commitment and effort into maintaining our partnership. We consider our relationship a ‘work in progress’. We have one cat.

The things I enjoy most in life are spending quality time with friends, reading engrossing novels about what makes us human, discovering great films, dancing like nobody’s watching, walking in the countryside, riding horses, eating and cooking delicious food and listening to a wide range of musical genres. Being a graduate in Drama and English, I love taking part in improvisation, clowning and poetry workshops, and being part of a Playback theatre group.
